The users are granted permission to use the services of the Site only for personal/non-commercial purpose. By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

General Terms

A “User” is any person, taking advantage of any of the services of the Site.

The “Service/Services” of the side include:

a) Access to the informational resources available on the Site;

b) Participation in the discussion at the Forum of the Site through comments and evaluations of the materials published, as well as the opinions of other Users;

c) Creation and personalization of a User Profile through registration, giving access to the materials on the site, meant to be used only by paying subscribers of the Magazine;

d) Receiving through email of free information – a newsletter about the newest materials, published on the Site, for the Users, who have subscribed for this Service.

Intellectual Property of Content on the Site

All rights on the materials, offered in the Magazine, are intellectual property of their corresponding Authors, as follows:

A) The materials, marked by an asterisk (*) are intellectual property of Enev Design and are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law. The usage of these materials with any other purpose but the ones specified in these Terms and Conditions, is prohibited, except in case of a written permission by Enev Design.

B) All other materials on the Site are property of their corresponding Authors and are being offered (with the permission of the same Authors) in accordance with the Creative Commons. They can be used in accordance with the rules of the Creative Commons.

Obligations of the Users when Registering

When registering for the paid Magazine subscription Service on the Site, the User is obliged to give full, true, accurate and up to date information about him-/herself.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Law of protection of personal data, the User has the right to access and change his data at any time, on the Site of Enev Design, when using the subscription Service of the Site.

The Users who have registered a User Name and Password on the Site, grant permission to Enev Design to process electronically their data (including the User name and password).

Enev Design will protect the personal information of the User by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, or use of third parts. No parts of the User data will be released to third parts.

Subscription Refund/Cancellation Policy

The User is granted the right of a refund, in case he or she cancels his/her subscription.

Subscription cancellations received within 14 days of registration are eligible to receive a full refund less the amount due for the already used time of the subscription.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card (bank account, PayPal account) used for payment.

These above policies apply to all subscriptions except those lasting less than or equal to) 14 days.

Other

Enev Design has the right to change the technology and design of the Services offered without previously having to inform the Users.

Enev Design has the right to send the Users who have subscribed to the Service, messages, connected with new Services or changes in the terms and Conditions, covering the usage of the Services.

Responsibility

Enev Design will put all possible effort to keep up to date information, which it considers reliable and authentic, but will not guarantee that they are indeed such, as well as that there are no mistakes on the pages of the Magazine. The access to the magazine will be kept without interruption, within reasonable limits, dependent on the Internet provider.

Enev Deisgn will not be kept responsible for the information on third party sites, to which there are links on the Site of the Magazine. This covers also the eventual services and products, offered on the sites of third parties.

Enev Design has the right to remove from the Site any material, without first informing the Users.

Enev Design will not be kept liable for any losses of the Users – direct or indirect, resulting from or connected with the usage of the Site and the Magazine.

Links to the sites of Third Parties

The Site may contain links to other sites, which are property/are being operated by third parties, not by Enev Design. These links are provided for your convenience only. Enev Design has no control and carries no responsibility for the content, privacy policy or security of such sites.

Applicable law

All questions which are not ruled by these terms and Conditions will be covered by the regulations of the applicable local laws in Bulgaria and Germany.
